The Mission of the UC Davis Department of Academic Preparation Programs is to prepare and empower students to pursue a postsecondary education
Vision
The Department of Academic Preparation Programs, in collaboration with P-20 schools and community partners will:
- Assure APP participants are well prepared, have information and access to post-secondary education;
- increase the percentage of students who are eligible for post-secondary education;
- support the application to institutes of higher education;
- advocate for their college application choices; and,
- encourage enrollment in postsecondary education.
